phoenix is a mythological bird that cyclically regenerates itself; it represents transformation, death, and rebirth. The phoenix is the ultimate symbol of strength and renewal, which is what NaPilla represents and what we aim to instil in those we serve.

The use of the Phoenix as a logo represents life’s journey … we have all faced challenges that also presented opportunities for renewal and growth. Yet too often we are afraid to face our fears, too attached to conformity, and too self-doubting to take risks to achieve this rebirth and the opportunity for growth. The phoenix teaches how to endure during trying times while giving ourselves the opportunity to heal. The Phoenix reminds us that, in order to revive, renew and redefine ourselves to achieve our full potential, we need to learn to let go, believe in ourselves, adopt the skills and values we need to improve how we live and work, and give ourselves the opportunity to live our best lives.

Company Values:

  • Respect in our relationships and towards each other builds feelings of trust, safety and a sense of wellbeing.
  • Integrity is demonstrated in our sound moral and ethical principles, in our approach, and the way we work.
  • Compassion allows us to embrace the rich diversity of humanity by treating everyone with decency, having gratitude for the value they bring, and showing respect for the path they have walked.
  • Endurance gives us the courage to accept change and transformation with gratitude and humility.

When you guide people to create a positive change within themselves, you help them to also affect those around them in a positive way. This is the basis upon which to effect positive change in the broader spectrum. Just as a pebble thrown into a stream creates a ripple effect, so do the values instilled in people have a ripple effect on the individuals around them, the company they work for, the country they live in, and the world we are all part of. It all starts with one person. Our mission at NaPilla is to harness the power of positive change that each individual can make in their own lives and within the organisations and communities they form part of. That is why our mission is to:

Revive the innate potential in people for compassion, collaboration and a sense of hope, which will ultimately renew and redefine the way people co-exist, in order to build healthier working and living environments for all.

“And the day came

when the risk it took to remain

tightly closed in the bud

was more painful

than the risk it took to bloom.

This is the element of freedom.”
